SJ Denham Collision Center Performance Guarantee

SJ Denham Collision Repair Center guarantees the durability of all paint refinish work through PPG Paint Performance Guarantee for as long as the original customer owns the vehicle. The guarantee covers the following items:

1. Peeling or De-Lamination of the top coat and/or other layers of paint
2. Cracking or checking of paint
3. Loss of gloss caused by cracking, checking or hazing
4. Any paint failure caused by defective automotive refinish or their application

SJ Denham Collision Repair Center also guarantees the workmanship of all body repair work and striping for as long as the original customer owns the vehicle. Front and/or rear alignment work is guaranteed for a period of ninety(90)days or four thousand(4,000)miles from the time and mileage of repair.

The following are examples of non-warrantable body and refinish items: Sheet metal perforations or rust-through conditions, scratches or stone chips in vehicle finish, damage due to industrial fallout, and/or tree or bird droppings.

NOTE: SJ Denham Collision Repair Center employs technicians who are certified by Automotive Service Excellence(ASE)and the Inter-Industry Conference on automotive collision repair(ICAR). All refinish work is performed using only the highest quality paint materials from PPG.
